The entire Regal team were exceptional. Chayton Wodecki (our salesman) did a superb job in coordination for the arrival of our HR-V and during the delivery process.

I was told the Ceramic Diamond coat/package would take 45 minutes to apply. The finance individual stated they could drive me home. Not true. Since I was told it would only be 45 minutes, I would wait without a problem. 2 hours later, a little upset. They did an INCREDIBLE job. Other than the time issue and initially being told they could take me home (I live in Haines City), a great experience. Your staff are a 5+. They are top notch and there customer service skills are second to none. Chayton is great and so is Matthew the Finance guy.

I came here looking to trade in my car, I initially started with Thomas the sales rep, he was amazing! He listened to what I wanted and when it wasn’t available he went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. The manager (Also named Thomas) was another great help! He steered me in the right direction as to what I wanted. I thought that the longest part would be the finance but Matthew helped breeze through the process, he explained everything very well and made me feel confident in my purchase financially!!! The service when you arrive is very slow. But after you're assigned to a service manager, it is very smooth. They are very friendly and patient. Idk about another customer, but they were assigned to my needs. They took me home and picked me up after my car was done. They make it right.
