Strange problem. Total electrical failure at 32000 & 45000 miles. Both times taken to Regal Honda but after checking battery, starter, alternator & regulator you could find no problem. So, we drive it till it does it again. Maybe time for new car. What's a new Pilot cost? Best deal? Out the door. Thank you

The staff is always kind and helpful. I was disappointed that the car wash is out of service. Perhaps the dealership can offer vouchers or coupons, something in place of the car wash.
I travel a lot for work and needed to get my car serviced on the weekend. It was my first service on a brand new Civic at 10,000 miles and I have only had the car for three months. When I saw the service advisor, he said it would be no problem to get me in. The service was done in a matter of hours after I dropped it off. It only took a few minutes at the cashier’s desk, and I was done and very satisfied with the service that I received.

The service person Chris was very polite and got us in quickly for an oil change. We were told what needed to be done in the near future to keep our car running smoothly. Waiting area was clean and coffee was tasty. When we know the wait will be a while, we bring our dogs and walk them at the nearby park. We get a text when our vehicle is ready to go.

My appointment was for 1:45pm and I left there 2 hours later. Realistically, this is great time for the amount of work done in comparison to waiting for others that came ahead of me. Megan was great, I was informed of what needed to be done and Megan delivered efficiently and professionally. This was my first time here and I was quite impressed. Please note: you do need to make an appointment, but it is well worth the time. Thank you.

You are great but please cease sending survey requests after service. Last year I received more than 4 surveys to complete AFTER I completed one AT the dealership at time of service. I know the world revolves around surveys but figure out system to track the ones you’ve sent out and stop continuing to send more. Sorry. I know you all are just doing your job but customers get irked getting more surveys after they’ve already completed one. Or, more!
They are always courteous and helpful. David calls me once in a while to check in and make sure the car is till working well.
Best service center EVER! Staff are always friendly and helpful! Customer waiting area is clean, with fresh coffee, water, and popcorn! Repairs are done right the first time, no reason to go back for do overs! Other dealerships could learn from Regal Honda! Keep up the Excellent Work!

Dealt with Shalomar who was outstanding at assisting us with our vehicle repair. He was attentive and always kept me informed of the status of the repair. Megan has also been outstanding in the past. The service manager Levi was extremely helpful in resolving an issue we had and went above and beyond to resolve our issues.
